Редкий предмет французского art de la table эпохи Реставрации — времени, когда культура сервировки вновь становилась символом статуса, вкуса и элегантного образа жизни.

Мастер-ювелир Henry Kindberg был активен в Париже в период 1824–1838 годов. Его изделия отличаются утончённой пластикой форм и характерными декоративными элементами.

Предмет выполнен в технике argent doublé — технологии, широко используемой в первой половине XIX века. В те годы она представляла собой прокатанный и спрессованный слой серебра, механически соединённый с металлической основой, создавая эффект и благородство серебряного предмета.

Легумье украшен изящными декоративными деталями:
• ручки в виде листьев аканта
• цветочное навершие крышки
• монограмма HK
• съёмная чаша

Конструкция состоит из трёх предметов.

Состояние очень хорошее для своего возраста, предмет прекрасно сохранил свою форму и декоративные детали.

A vegetable tureen by master silversmith Henry Kindberg. France, circa 1825–1835.

A rare example of French tableware from the Restoration period, an era when the culture of dining and table presentation once again became a symbol of status, refinement and elegant living.

Master silversmith Henry Kindberg was active in Paris between 1824 and 1838. His works are recognised for their refined forms and distinctive decorative elements.

The piece is made using the argent doublé technique, widely used in the early 19th century. This method involved mechanically bonding a rolled layer of silver to a base metal, creating the appearance and nobility of a solid silver object.

The tureen features elegant decorative details:
• handles shaped as acanthus leaves
• floral finial on the lid
• HK monogram
• removable inner bowl

The construction consists of three elements.

Condition is very good for its age, with the form and decorative details well preserved.

Diameter: 21 cm.

A rare piece to find on the antique market in such condition.

Rare pièce de l’art de la table français de l’époque de la Restauration, période durant laquelle la culture de la table redevenait un symbole de statut social, de goût et d’élégance.

Le maître orfèvre Henry Kindberg fut actif à Paris entre 1824 et 1838. Ses pièces se distinguent par la finesse des formes et un décor caractéristique.

Le légumier est réalisé selon la technique dite argent doublé, très utilisée au début du XIXe siècle. Elle consistait à laminer et presser une couche d’argent mécaniquement fixée sur un métal de base, donnant l’apparence et le prestige de l’argenterie.

Le décor comprend plusieurs éléments raffinés :
• poignées en forme de feuilles d’acanthe
• prise de couvercle florale
• monogramme HK
• cuve intérieure amovible

La pièce est composée de trois éléments.

État très bon pour l’époque, avec une belle conservation de la forme et des détails décoratifs.

Une pièce rare sur le marché des antiquités dans cet état.
